What Fresh Light Photography texts you, how often, and how to stop it.

Who is texting you
Fresh Light Photography LLC, a portrait studio at 616 E 20th Street, Houston, Texas 77008. Questions about the messages go to leigh@fresh-light-photography.com or (281) 608-3531.
How you joined
You submitted an inquiry form, either on this site or as a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, that asked the studio to contact you. The disclosure directly above that form’s button said that Fresh Light Photography may call and text you at the number you provided about your inquiry, including replies to your questions, scheduling messages and appointment reminders, some sent by an automated system, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. Submitting the form was the affirmative act. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
The studio does not buy phone numbers and does not text anyone who did not ask to be contacted.
What we send
- A reply to the inquiry you sent, so we can talk about your session.
- Scheduling messages: proposed times, confirmations and changes.
- Reminders before a consultation or a session.
- Answers to questions you have asked us.
These are conversational and appointment-related messages. The studio does not send bulk promotional blasts on this programme.
How often
Message frequency varies with your conversation. In practice it is a handful of messages while we arrange your session, and reminders around the dates you book.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, and they come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and the studio will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after it. The carrier-standard keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work.
⚠️ Please note that CANCEL is one of those keywords, so texting it to cancel an appointment will also block every future text from the studio, permanently, at the carrier level. To change or cancel a booking, reply with anything else, or email leigh@fresh-light-photography.com.
To start again after opting out, text START to the same number. Only you can lift a carrier-level block, so the studio cannot do it for you.

Carriers and sharing
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services themselves.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
